What time should I be at my pickup location?

You must be at your pickup location 15 minutes before the departure time stated on your E-Ticket. This facilitates a timely boarding and continued journey.

What do I do with my E-Ticket?

Your printed E-Ticket, or screenshot on a mobile phone will be scanned by the driver when you board the coach.

How do I receive my ticket? Is it posted or downloaded?

A: After purchasing your ticket online through our website, you will receive an E-Ticket direct to your email address. (Please check your spam/junk folders) This ticket can be printed, or saved as a screenshot on your phone.

Am I allowed to drink alcohol while travelling on the bus?

Alcohol is NOT allowed to be consumed on board the coach.

How do I find the coach after the concert has finished?

The coach will always collect you at the same location that you were dropped off unless otherwise instructed. We provide 24 hour customer service on the day of an event. If you have any questions regarding locating your coach please contact us on 0212347268 (printed on ticket also)

What happens if the concert or event finishes later than scheduled and due to large crowds, it is not possible to get back to the coach within 30 minutes?

Because EventBus is a dedicated concert/event travel company, we adjust our departure time for each and every concert and event. EventBus prides itself on always trying to ensure all our customers get back on board and return home safely. If you have any delays please contact us on 021 2347268

Can I purchase a one-way ticket?

We only offer a one-way service to certain events. These will be listed on our website. If necessary you can use a return ticket for one way travel – just make a note when purchasing

Are there toilets available on all Eventbus buses?

A: As a result of new insurance policies regarding coach services in Ireland we are no longer allowed to facilitate the use of toilets on buses during transit. However, there are stops at service stations on route and our bus drivers will stop on reasonable request for the use of toilets.

How do I find my pickup location?

Please go to our Pick Up Points page. Here you can get directions to your pick up point. We can only pick up and drop off at the points listed on our website per event. We advise that you make yourself aware of the pick up point before the day of travel.

Can bags and backpacks be brought on the coach?

Your bags and backpacks must be stored under the coach when boarding the bus. These bags can be left under the coach during the event. However, Eventbus does not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Will the coach leave without me after the event?

We always allow 30 minutes after an event for you to get back to the coach (depending on location). It is the passengers responsibility to locate the Coach. Our staff are available 24 hours on the day of a concert to help you locate your coach. If you have not contacted us and the 30 mins return time has passed the driver will leave without you.

Does a minor have to be accompanied by an adult to while travelling with EventBus?

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
